Mr. Thomas has represented literally hundreds of Texas
Police Officers in arbitration hearings, local Civil Service Commission
hearings, formal grievance hearings, and administrative and/or Internal
Affairs Division investigations.
Over the past sixteen years, Mr. Thomas has successfully
represented numerous Texas police officers and reversed the police
agency’s proposed termination of the respective police officer in an
arbitration hearing conducted pursuant to Chapter 143 of the Texas Local
Government Code.

Mr. Thomas has vigorously defended each of his clients and
after the conclusion of the arbitration hearing, an Arbitrator reversed
the proposed indefinite suspension and/or termination of the police
