Mr. Thomas has been humbled to represent clients who have trusted Bob to represent them on matters of great importance to them. He believes it is an honor and privilege to fight the battles of his clients as an advocate and trial lawyer.

            Bob represents clients on hourly, flat fee, contingent, or a mixed and creative fee basis. He has enjoyed providing the maximum results for the client regardless of the fee arrangement. If Mr. Thomas is retained solely on a contingent fee agreement basis, the client will be obligated to pay all court costs and/or travel expenses related to the subject matter of the agreement.
